The basic structure of our general self-priming centrifugal pump is composed of six parts respectively impellers , pump, shaft , bearings, seal rings , stuffing .

5 , also known as reduced leakage sealing ring ring . Cause water pump high pressure area over the General Assembly of the impeller clearance of imports and the pump casing through the gap between the low pressure area , the impact of the pump out the water , reducing efficiency ! Gap is too small will cause the impeller and the pump casing friction and wear . 6 , stuffing mainly by packing, lantern ring , packing tube, packing gland , seal tube. The main role of the stuffing box to the closure gap between the casing and the shaft , the pump does not prevent water flowing out , it does not allow outside air into the pump. Always keep the vacuum pump inside ! When the shaft and packing friction generates heat seal the tube to rely on water to stay cool the filler seal circle !
